Zoom outlined five workplace updates at a digital press briefing ahead of Zoomtopia, with features spanning meeting translation, note-taking, automation and administration. The company says its Unified Context Layer will connect conversations with documents and tasks in connected business systems.
Translate Me will let presenters send translated speech to meeting participants without requiring each listener to have a separate translation license. Updated speech translation is expected in November 2026; Zoom has not specified the supported languages. Voice cloning intended to preserve elements of a speaker’s voice in another language has no announced release date.
Pose Correction and Touch up my voice, which Zoom says will adjust camera framing during brief glances away and smooth voice and accent in real time, are expected in December 2026. Both use on-device AI. Live Meeting Assist, offering suggestions in a private side panel, is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Follow Meeting will let My Notes follow meetings a user is invited to, even when they do not attend, and create a transcript and summary. Screenshots will be linked to moments in transcripts. Both are expected in December 2026, alongside a separate My Notes mobile app for recording and transcribing in-person meetings.
My Notes Workflows will automate moving notes to services including Zoom Chat and Salesforce, with release planned for October 2026. Zoom says ZoomMate agent teams are already available. Centralized AI Management and deepfake alerts are expected in December 2026, while custom AI protection rules are planned for the first quarter of 2027. Microsoft Purview integration is available for Meetings and Whiteboard, according to Zoom.
