Ninja has launched the Crispi Microwave, an all-in-one appliance that combines air frying and microwave cooking for kitchens with limited space.
Its flatbed design replaces a traditional microwave turntable, creating more room for cooking. Users can combine cooking modes to defrost, cook and crisp foods such as fries and nuggets in one process.
The appliance includes non-toxic glass dishes for storing, cooking and serving food, along with a steam lid designed for cooking foods such as vegetables and dumplings. It has five air-frying presets: air fry, max crisp, air roast, air bake and air grill.
The Crispi Microwave also offers eight microwave modes, including “soften butter” and “beverage”. Ninja says the appliance has a large capacity suitable for families and includes a two-step child lock to prevent children from opening the door during use.
The Ninja Crispi Microwave is available from September 2 directly from Ninja for £359.99. It comes in silver, black, stone gold and dark blue. TechRadar says it will put the appliance through its usual tests and publish performance details later.
