Floqer, a startup that builds AI tools for business-to-business sales and marketing teams, says it plans to open-source the technology behind its customer knowledge database in early 2027, pending security reviews. The company is pitching at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026.
The database is designed to collect, organize and update information about customers. Users describe the prospects they want to find, and Floqer’s AI agents search multiple sources to identify relevant companies and contacts. The company says it can enrich accounts using more than 100 third-party data sources and check providers in sequence to find verified email addresses or phone numbers. Its system also monitors the web for changes such as job moves, promotions and company funding announcements.
Floqer says customers have reported reducing prospecting time by as much as 70%. The product is currently available to a limited audience, which CEO and co-founder Shivam Mahajan attributed largely to the team’s capacity to serve demand. He told TechCrunch that some customers want to host their own data or modify the technology, helping drive the open-source plan.
Floqer says it has surpassed $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue and that revenue grew roughly tenfold over the past year. Founded in 2024 by Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, the startup has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding. It says it has eight employees and more than 1,000 customers, including Perplexity, Wise and AngelList.
