TechRadar’s Pawan Singh reviewed Hostinger Reach, an email marketing platform launched in June 2025. Singh found it useful for small businesses creating newsletters and campaigns, while cautioning that its AI drafts still need human oversight.
Reach is separate from Hostinger’s web hosting and business email, but connects with its website tools. Users can add contacts manually, import a CSV file, or collect sign-ups through website forms. Hostinger’s website builder syncs submissions, and a WordPress plugin supports other sites, including those using WPForms Lite, Contact Form 7, and Elementor.
The free plan’s sending limit counts distinct addresses emailed in a calendar month. Two newsletters sent to 100 people use 200 emails; four to the same group use 400. The review lists monthly renewal rates of $1.49, $2.49, and $3.99 for the plans, and AI credits of 20 one-time credits on Starter, 10 monthly on Grow, and 20 on Pro.
Grow adds scheduling, personalization, and automations; Pro adds code editing, send-time optimization, custom fields, and teammates. Reach can draft campaigns from a goal and supporting materials, but users can edit the result directly. Singh also notes that WhatsApp cannot currently receive customer replies through Reach, and that receiving email replies requires a working mailbox.
