Meta Launches Enterprise Platform for Business AI

Meta has announced Meta Enterprise Platform, a suite of AI products and services for businesses and developers. The company says the platform is intended to help businesses use AI to grow and change how they operate.

The offering includes Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code. Meta said the platform will bring its AI models and agents together with infrastructure and products that companies can deploy in their own operations. Security and privacy, the company said, are built into its enterprise products from the outset.

“Today we are starting the next major pillar of our business,” CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in the announcement. He said Meta already serves billions of people and helps hundreds of millions of businesses reach customers.

Meta Business Agent was unveiled on June 3, 2026, as a tool to help businesses interact with customers. Muse was introduced on September 8 as a personal AI agent; Meta is now offering it as a small-business assistant alongside its coding agent and API.

Meta also announced that Chirantan Desai, former CEO of MongoDB, will join the company as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer. Desai said the platform would focus on turning Meta’s AI technology into products and services businesses can use.
