CHUWI UniBox AI495 Pro Packs 192 GB RAM and Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 in a 2.9L Box

CHUWI has unveiled the UniBox AI495 Pro, a mini PC designed to run large language models locally. The system combines a Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 processor with 192 GB of LPDDR5X unified memory in a 2.9L box.

CHUWI says the mini PC can run local LLMs with up to 300B parameters. The company also lists up to 131 AI TOPS of performance and says the system can allocate up to 160 GB of VRAM.

The UniBox AI495 Pro uses hardware from AMD’s Zen 5-based Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 platform. CHUWI describes it as its most powerful mini PC yet, positioning the system around local AI workloads rather than general-purpose desktop use.

The announcement follows similar mini PCs from Minisforum and GMKtec. Minisforum has announced the MS-S1 MAX-P495, while GMKtec has announced the EVO-X5 Pro. Both use similar hardware, according to the source.
