Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro Review: Strong Cleaning at a Reasonable Price

TechRadar’s Tim Gee reviewed the Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro, a robot vacuum and mop with detachable mop heads designed to keep carpets dry. Gee found that its mopping performance was excellent and its vacuuming compared well with more expensive rivals, making it a strong option for homes with mixed floor types.

The Qrevo 2 Pro has a list price of $799.99, £649.99 or AU$1,199. Gee reported seeing it discounted soon after launch to $549 or £549.99. It lacks the AdaptLift chassis found on some higher-priced Roborock models, which helps those models cross higher thresholds.

In testing, the robot handled fine particles on hard floors and larger debris on carpet, though some tea remained after a pass. It avoided a shoe and sock but became stuck on a charging cable. Its detachable mop heads let it clean carpeted areas first, then return to its dock to reattach the mops before cleaning hard floors.

Gee noted limits: the robot’s height prevents it from reaching under low furniture, and its hard-floor cleaning was not flawless. The review also says disposable dust bags add to running costs: a three-pack costs $39.90 in the US, while a six-pack costs £31.99 in the UK. It supports Matter, Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
