TechRadar’s Steve Clark reviewed the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, a business laptop offered with Intel and AMD configurations. Clark describes it as durable, stylish and well suited to everyday office work, emails, video calls and light content creation. He particularly praises its keyboard.
The reviewed AMD model’s NPU reaches up to 50 TOPS for AI workloads; the Intel version reaches up to 48 TOPS. Clark says those capabilities can support general office AI use, Copilot+, webcam background blurring and tools in software such as Adobe’s suite. The integrated graphics are not suited to demanding work such as high-end video editing, according to the review.
The laptop has a 14-inch display and a selection of USB-C and USB-A ports, HDMI and a 3.5mm audio jack. It lacks an Ethernet port and upgradeable RAM, features Clark notes are available on the traditional T14. The AMD configuration supports up to 64GB of memory, while the review unit had 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD.
TechRadar lists starting prices of $1,500 / £1,500 for the base configuration and prices of about $3,400 / £3,400 for a fully configured model. Clark says Intel models tend to sell for slightly less, and considers performance broadly comparable across the configurations. The review also notes that weight varies by configuration: the AMD base model weighs 1.30kg and the Intel model 1.28kg.
