GoDaddy has expanded its Developer Platform with APIs that let developers and AI agents manage hosting, commerce and professional email. The update builds on the company’s domain APIs, released in July 2026, and adds premium and bulk domains.
The platform is designed to connect services that developers may otherwise manage across separate tools, taking a project from working code to a live business within the development workflow. GoDaddy says its programmable infrastructure gives developers and the AI coding agents they use access to services businesses need beyond code.
The expanded platform also offers Node.js Hosting for publishing web apps, along with app previews and built-in security features. These include automatic HTTPS, a web application firewall, a CDN and a managed MySQL database.
“The next generation of businesses will be built differently,” said Hemanth Guntupalli, GoDaddy’s chief technology officer of platforms. He said AI can turn an idea into working software in minutes, and that the company is building infrastructure to help developers and AI agents take that software further.
The expanded Developer Platform is available for free to GoDaddy users worldwide, according to the company.
