GMKtec Prices EVO-X5 Pro at $6,599 with 192 GB Memory and 2 TB Storage

GMKtec has launched the EVO-X5 Pro, an AI workstation powered by AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495. The system is priced at $6,599 in a configuration with 192 GB of memory and 2 TB of storage.

According to Wccftech, GMKtec first showed the workstation at IFA 2026 in Berlin, where it demonstrated the machine’s local AI capabilities. The report says the system can run local models with 320B parameters on a single chip. It does not identify which models were tested or provide performance measurements.

The EVO-X5 Pro joins a group of new AI mini PCs and workstations built around AMD’s Gorgon Halo chips. Wccftech reported that ACEMAGIC announced its F9A AI workstation on the same day.
