A user demonstration shows NVIDIA DLSS 5 Neural Rendering running on a second RTX 5060 Ti through the MGPU Bridge ReShade Add-On. The setup moves the neural-rendering workload to another GPU in a dual-GPU configuration.
The approach could recover substantial gaming performance, according to the source report. It also expands the unofficial hardware support seen in recent DLSS 5 experiments. The technology has already been demonstrated on RTX 20, RTX 30, and RTX 40 series GPUs, as well as on AMD Radeon RX 9000 cards.
DLSS 5 Neural Rendering was initially associated with a limited selection of games and hardware. Modders have since used unofficial methods to bring it to multiple titles and GPU configurations. The MGPU Bridge ReShade Add-On is the latest example of that work, enabling the second GPU to handle the neural-rendering process.
The demonstration does not represent official NVIDIA support. Instead, it shows how community-made tools can extend DLSS 5 Neural Rendering beyond its original hardware limits. The reported result is a potential recovery of the performance normally available before the additional rendering workload is assigned to the primary GPU.
