De’Longhi has released a smaller version of its All-in-One Combination Coffee & Espresso Machine, with a footprint 20% smaller than its predecessor. The updated machine makes espresso, drip coffee and cold brew, and is available in the US for $349.95. Availability outside the US has not been confirmed.
The machine offers six drip coffee sizes, from a single 8oz mug to a 12-cup carafe, and four brewing styles: classic, bold, cold brew and over ice. It also has an adjustable steam wand with settings for dairy and plant-based milks.
A retractable whisk-style frother lets users make cold milk foam for chilled drinks. Other additions include an adjustable-height drip tray for espresso cups and travel mugs, plus a front touchscreen for changing brew settings and customizing drinks.
The machine uses a 15-bar pump and a thermoblock heating system with electronic temperature control. TechRadar says it plans to test the coffee maker soon and compare it with other De’Longhi machines and rivals including the Ninja Luxe Café Mini and Ninja Prestige DualBrew System.
