A Techtidningen roundup of public-sector IT awards from 28 October to 3 November 2026 names Conscia and Teracom among eight winning suppliers. The publication notes that some decisions and contracts may be older than the roundup period. All amounts exclude VAT, and framework ceiling values do not guarantee purchases.
Conscia won the Swedish Social Insurance Agency’s framework agreement for data-center networks. Its estimated value after award is 42.7 million kronor. The scope includes hardware, software, training, support and service agreements, and consulting. Six other suppliers bid: Atea, nLogic, Aixia, Netnordic, Telia Cygate, and Caziti Stockholm. The agreement was signed on 15 October 2026.
Teracom won the Swedish Prison and Probation Service’s framework agreement to operate, service, and support equipment that improves indoor Rakel coverage. The ceiling is 350 million kronor. The agreement also covers new installations as the agency expands its operations. On Tower Sweden and TC Connect Sweden also bid. Rakel is used for communication between organizations responsible for essential public services. Teracom has also operated the national Rakel network since 2015.
