Holafly has introduced Holafly Ultra, an eSIM plan that combines unlimited mobile internet in more than 160 countries with travel and health support. The company calls it a “world first.”
The plan costs £72.35 per month. Holafly says it could save subscribers as much as £1,387 a year. It combines 14 travel services, including flight and luggage assistance, a virtual location tool, destination-based local phone numbers, 2FA SMS support, and 24/7 medical and mental health support. A veterinary option is also included.
Holafly says the plan is aimed at digital nomads, remote workers, and frequent international travellers. It joins the company’s Light and Unlimited plans, and is available for phones with eSIM hardware. Phones must be unlocked to use an eSIM, and users may need to check with their mobile operator.
The announcement cited figures that flight delays cost British holidaymakers an average of £603 per disruption and that 32% of people consider overseas healthcare too expensive. Holafly COO Metin Kastro said that illness, feeling overwhelmed, or a cancelled flight can be harder to manage far from familiar support.
