AI and hardware startup Natura has introduced Interface, a $99 smart ring designed to let users call on AI agents with a finger press. The ring can capture thoughts, handle tasks and control devices, and also tracks health metrics.
At launch, Interface is expected to work with AI agents and apps including Meta’s Muse, Instinct, Grokbot, Claude and ChatGPT. Users can choose which agent handles a task. Responses can come through connected headphones, an iPhone Live Activity or the NatureOS app. The ring can also record meetings and send notes to a coworker.
Natura says pre-orders are expected to open next month, with shipping planned for December or January. The company plans to offer an initial free period of 3 to 6 months, then charge $9 per month. It says the ring’s battery lasts 6 to 12 days per charge and takes 100 minutes to recharge fully.
Interface also tracks heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages, movement, step count and skin temperature over time. Founder Carlo Edoardo Ferraris told TechCrunch that the ring is intended to make AI agents accessible throughout the day. He said the company expects its initial audience to be people who already use personal agents, and predicted that most people may have one within about a year.
