An old HP server with outdated AMD processors was beginning to show its age, putting its components at risk of ending up in a landfill.
One user chose to keep the project alive by building a custom motherboard around a Raspberry Pi CM5 and pairing it with an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD. The small board is intended to help the older hardware operate like new for several more years.
