Noise Master Buds Open: Bose-Tuned Open Earbuds Debut

Indian tech brand Noise has introduced the Master Buds Open, its first pair of open earbuds, developed with Bose. The clip-on model joins Noise’s Master series, which also includes over-ear headphones and in-ear buds.

The earbuds use “Sound by Bose” technology rather than being a fully fledged Bose product. Bose helped tune the audio, and the model includes a dedicated Sound by Bose EQ option. Noise and Bose have previously developed products including the Noise Master Buds 2 and Master Buds Max.

At IFA Berlin 2026, the Master Buds Open made a strong first impression with metallic case details and a sleek Silver finish. The short hands-on test found the fit secure and comfortable. The tested unit was a prototype, so sound may change before launch.

Using the Sound by Bose EQ, the earbuds delivered clear vocals, fairly prominent bass for open earbuds, and separated mid-range guitars. Treble was forward in Can’t Resist by Jamback, while the bass lacked the deepest impact of some wireless earbuds.

Noise said the earbuds will cost about €119, around $140 / £100. Features include spatial audio, Gaming Mode, customizable touch controls, multi-point, Find My Device, Focus Mode, customizable EQ, call microphones, and a built-in AI assistant for voice questions, chat-history reading, and meeting transcription. They are expected on Noise’s website and major online retailers from late September 2026, without a specific launch date yet.
